"You can't let fear run your life"
Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. Fortunately, all fears are learned. No one is born with fears.
Fears can be classified into two types
(A) PHYSICAL FEAR
(B) PSYCHOLOGICAL FEAR
PHYSICAL FEAR
Fears that can cause harm can be classified under physical fear. Example: Fear of burning hands by the fire, fear of falling off from a building, fear of cutting hand through the knife, and so on.
PSYCHOLOGICAL FEAR
Fear that does not cause harm can be classified under this category. Example: Fear of ghosts, fear of social interaction, and so on.
Psychological Fears exist at the level of mind but in reality, their existence is fake. Physical Fears do exist and can cause any harm, so it's necessary to have those fears, so one can stay away from things that are harmful to an individual.
So here's a way to CONQUER PSYCHOLOGICAL FEAR:
The longer you wait after you get that initial feeling, the more likely it is that you won't do that thing that you really want to do. WHY??? Because your mind starts to overthink, make excuses after excuses. So here's the hack, it's really quick, really easy, and it works. Once you know what you want to do, countdown from 5, 5.... 4.... 3.... 2.... 1.... And then go and do that thing that you really want to do without giving a second thought, like a Rocket, countdown, and then blast off. It sounds like the silliest thing ever, but it works. It works according to the science of METACOGNITION. And studies after studies have shown its effectiveness. So give it a try
