Everyone has a different ability or particular genius, often comparing yourself to someone else ability might mean overlooking what is it you are naturally more suited towards doing.
Comparing yourself to others or judging people, both are stupid things to do, as everyone is unique, no one is born perfect and no one can be perfect, but can reach a level of perfection by polishing his/her unique skills. Before judging his/her weakness remember one thing, his/her strengths can be your weakness so he/she can judge you too based on your weakness.
